Common questions

I paid and my premium did not unlock

Open the app and use Restore purchases on the paywall or in Settings. If it still does not unlock, write to us with the email address on the purchase and we will sort it out.

How do I cancel?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google, never by us. On iOS: Settings, your name, Subscriptions, We Do Recover, Cancel. On Android: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions, We Do Recover, Cancel.

How do I remove the ads without paying?

In the app, open Settings and choose Watch a 24-hour day-pass. One short video turns off every ad for a day. Once a day, no account and no payment.

Does it work without a signal?

Yes. Every feature works fully offline. Ads are pre-cached, so the free version keeps working once you have opened the app at least once.

Can I get my entries out?

Yes. Export an encrypted backup from Settings and restore it on a new device, or export a PDF of an inventory entry to share with your sponsor.
